Landscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities

• Pre-plan daily activities to ensure efficient workflow
• Lead and manage a crew of 3-4 employees
• Adhere to project timelines.
• Conduct irrigation troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Operate equipment and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean job sites and vehicles, prioritizing cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
• Prepare and submit routine reports and correspondences as required.

Must-Have

• Knowledge of chemical applications and plant materials.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations for proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Experience with irrigation troubleshooting and repairs.
• Previous experience in landscaping and irrigation installation for residential and commercial properties.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals, blueprints, and laser level instruments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School or College Diploma OR 3-5 years of related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
