We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by providing excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using Toast POS system for order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
