A great Restaurant Marketing Leader is a strategic thought partner with a deep understanding and compassion for Customers. They develop and lead a marketing vision that amplifies both sales and brand growth in the local Restaurant and community.

MISSION:
1. To serve as a positive and influential face of our store in the community, with our partners, with our guests and with our team members.
2. To stay in alignment with CFA Inc. Brand Guardrails (Align our marketing plans and vision with CFA Inc.)
3. Plan and execute marketing calendar events, both in store and through community partnerships.
4. Assist with product and promotional rollouts and lead marketing team efforts.
5. Create strategy for our social media efforts to highlight team members and community partnerships
