The restaurant Talent Director takes ownership of the planning and systems execution of all recruitment, hiring, HR onboarding, retention and initial training for staff positions. The Talent Director works in conjunction with the Operations Director team to ensure a well trained workforce, prepared to deliver excellence and care to our guests.

MISSION:
-Ownership of talent recruitment and hiring for all staffing positions.
-Oversee Human Resources administration.
-Plan and execute staff orientations and initial training systems.
-Coordinate with the Marketing Director to execute roll out training plans.
-Oversee strategic planning with regard to talent recruitment and retention.
